Ziet u de webpagina van de dongle met gegeven maar zonder het waterverbruik door komt dan staan hieronder een aantal tips:\
1\) hou een stukje metaal voor de sensor dan dient het rode ledje op te lichten\
2\) Check dan ook of dit signaal in de dongle komt (kan soms enkele seconden duren)\

Positief resultaat uit stap 1) en 2) dan is het advies om een beetje van de gele behuizing af te schuren. Tip van Boudewijn: Makkelijkste is dat om een stuk schuurpapier plat neer te leggen. Een klein beetje (±1 mm) is vaak voldoende.
